Rodani, M.Si, handed over the Halal Certificate to the President Director of PT. Kanemory Food Service, Hideki Kobayashi in PT. Kanemory Food Service. Mentaiko which is Seasoned Fish Egg has been formulated and intended for the Indonesian Market.
Previously PT. Kanemory Food Service has been audited by the auditors of the LP POM MUI Banten Province, the results of the audit decided that the product “Mentaiko” or Fish Eggs passed as a Halal Product and deserved to get a Halal Certificate. As the first producer in Indonesia to produce Halal-certified Fish Eggs – Mentaiko, this is to help consumers ensure that these products can be consumed and accepted, especially by the Muslim community.
